Finance Manager

Full-time or part-time | Guildford or London

You will help manage the financial affairs of small, growing business. Reporting to the Finance Director, you carry out the following activities:

  • Develop financial plan and forecasts
  • Analyse actual results to budget and forecast
  • Provide quality management information
  • Prepare monthly management accounts
  • Manage sales contract to cash process
  • Manage procure to pay process
  • Run monthly payroll
  • Manage tax calculations, returns and payment process
  • Support preparation of statutory accounts
  • Support VAT inspections
  • Develop and analyse business plan
  • Margin analysis

You will possess a recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) and have 3 to 5 years post qualification experience

This role would suit a senior member of an accounts department from a large organisation or a finance manager of an SME.

You will need to demonstrate a proven ability with SAGE, MSWord, MSExcel and MS PowerPoint skills. Experience in telecommunications services is an advantage
